QA & QC Engineer / Electronics Component / Manufacturer / Automation Machine Builder / Woodlands * Salary: S$3000-S$4200 * Working days & hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm * Working location: Marsiling QA & QC Engineer / Electronics Component / Manufacturer / Automation Machine Builder / Woodlands Salary: S$3000-S$4200 Working days & hours: 5 days, 8am-5pm Working location: Marsiling Industrial Estate Road (Walking distance from Woodlands MRT station) Responsibilities Responsible for products' certifications and documents for required directives (RoHS, REACH, CE, CMRT or any kind of directives required). To contact components' vendors and suppliers for necessary documents to ensure all components used in products are compliant with directives. Ensure that products' certifications and documents of compliance of directives are up to date. Carry out necessary tests to ensure products' conformity with directives. Communicate with CCS HQ's QA team to follow up on updates of directives. Quality inspection for all in-coming parts, in process product and finished goods. Identify work problems and provide detect-free products before delivery. Work with R&D and Application Engineers to formulate QC procedures and quality report formats for new products. Support the company's Production Department by ensuring tools and equipment are maintained properly to manufacture products in a safe and timely manner. Take initiative to propose and implement improvements of tools, equipment and procedures in production engineering and quality control testing of parts and products when required. Take charge of the company's safety directives and compliances. Requirements Diploma/Degree in the Engineering fields. At least 1-2 years in Quality Assurance/Control in semiconductor, electronics component, manufacturer/machine-builder in factory automotive industries (if a candidate has working experience in product compliances it is a great advantage).
