Job Description
QA / QC inspector
1. Able to read Piping and steel structural drawings 2. Raw materials inspection and prepare reports for client approval 3. Monitor welder performance and ensure the weld as per the approved WPS . 4. Must have CSWIP 5. Monitor Fit-up, visual, dimensional check and welding of pipe spools and prepare the reports. 6. Liaise with NDT for the RT, PMI and MPI works before spool release 7. Familiar with the Piping ASME codes 8. Weld mapping for the Isometric drawings 9. Hydro test package preparation as per the project requirements. 10. Report to QC In-charge and project Team 11. Work location Jurong Island and Tuas area
