Implementing the QA/QC system to ensure quality targets are achieved
. Develop Project quality plans, project QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), etc. basing the project requirements
Conduct briefing in line with the quality standards and good practices
Carry out in-process checks with the quality standards and good practices
Monitor and update schedule and status of CONQUAS / QUALITY assessment or any other given award(s)
Liaise with the relevant authorities on the submission status
Liaise and Coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives (Structural, Architectural, Civil, etc.)
. To plan, conduct and monitor the project(s)' in-process quality inspections.
. To prepare, issue and monitor the closing of quality inspection reports.
. To ensure proper record keeping of all QA/QC documents (i.e. inspections records, reports, authority documents etc.)
. Maintains good documentation.
. Conducts stage wise inspections like material/fit up/visual/bolt
. tightening/painting for fabrication and erection works.
. Prepares welding procedure specification and conduct welder qualification tests.
. Prepares quality control procedures and repair procedures for welding.
Requirement:
3 Years related construction site experience
Experience in QA/QC methods of assessment
. Experience in LTA project
