Job title - QA Specialist

Location - Singapore (Senoko site)

Job model - On site

This job is required for ensure continuity and improvement in Foos Safety and Quality Management System for HNC Premix Plant, Singapore, which includes running the FSQ programs, relevant FSQM and regulatory certifications for the site and provide assistance to customer enquiries, documentation and relevant staff training

Your mission

Quality Assurance

• Implement and monitor Quality and Food Safety Management functions at all levels of the premix organization.
• Ensure on-going compliance of the processes, procedure and products to the company\'s directives and policies, to meet customer and regulatory requirements
• Involve in product review and deviation management
• Assist in customer complaint investigation
• Develop/revise procedures to support new/improve processes
• Support management of change
• Support on audits and regulatory inspections, and follow up on actions required.
• Monitor and conduct quality data trending and analysis.
• Facilitate and conduct GMP and ISO training, internal and external audits and mock recalls.
• Administer Quality documentations

Regulatory & Technical Services

• Provide support in continual compliance to MUIS Halal certification. Need to liaise with MUIS officers on related issues.
• Provide support in annual Kosher certification of required premix products.
• Issuance of regulatory statements to customers.
• Maintenance of Sedex, customers\' quality system or forms on premix product, filling of customers\' questionnaires and issuing statements/compliance letter, which may require coordinating information from various functions on required information related to premix products.
• Performs any other duties not defined in this job description when called upon to do so by line management.

• Determine validation method If any
• Arrange quality training schedule
• Initiate Quality documentation revision

Projects/special assignments

• CCP/OPRP validation if any
• Quality Culture Day planning

SHE Responsibilities

• Report near miss/first aid cases and accidents to the Manager/Safety Officer immediately
• Familiarize with the location and proper use of safety facilities such as emergency exit route, emergency shower, oxygen detectors, eye showers, fume masks, first aid box, AED, etc.
• Follow the company\'s life saving rules and practice safety behaviour at work

You bring

• Must have at least a bachelor\'s degree in Science or equivalent (Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology etc) and with minimum 2 years of similar experience in the Quality field of work
• Must have the concept of food safety in mind.
• Must acquire an adequate knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO standards.
• Preferably has experience in conducting quality audit & training
• Have strong analytical ability with good communication skill, and report writing skill
