Job Description
- Working day: 5 days (8am - 5:30pm)
- Working location: Ang Mo Kio
- 8D / 5WHY / ISO / Manufacturing / Semiconductor / Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Quality Inspectors
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment, preferably in Semiconductor related industries.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge in problem solving methodologies - 8D, 5WHY, FMEA
- Lead & supervise a team of QA inspectors & technicians; oversee daily QA operation activities.
- Work closely with planners, relevant department & HQ on product priorities & issues.
- Ensures inspection processes are performed in accordance to the given CPs & specifications.
- Review effectiveness of incoming & outgoing inspection procedures, to implement changes if necessary.
- Assist relevant department in the investigation of quality related non-conformances & customer feedback.
- Organize & conduct training for QA personnel & new hires.
- Maintain quality reports and records; ensure compliance with ISO9001 standard.
- Perform other duties related to QA section as assigned.
