Job Description
- Responsible for overall Good Manufacturing Practices of Dairy Plant
- Conducts GMP Audit (Weekly and Monthly) and recommends corrective and preventive actions
- Ensures constant follow up of GMP corrective actions and closure of gaps
- Coordinates with Pest Control and ensures closure of gaps raised by pest controller
- Conducts GMP Training to Dairy Plant Staff
- Oversees In-Line QC, Micro and Physico Chem Analyst
- Analyzes and verifies results in monitoring forms
- Initiates investigation of seen non-compliance
- Liaise with cross functional departments
- Supports QARD Manager in overseeing all QA staff
- Responsible in the timely and objective appraisal of Subordinates
- Disseminates important information in QARD Team
- Conducts CIP Validations and Document Cleaning Procedures
- Supports in internal and external audits
- Carry out any duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary

- San Pablo City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
