Qa Technician (chemical/ Training Provided)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with a group of QA technicians lead by QA Engineer and QA Manager.
- Performing incoming & outgoing materials inspection activities according to the Quality work instructions (involve molding process)
- Assist in preparation of certificates of analysis/inspection test reports
- Data entry of test results
- Collate QC data for statistical analysis
- Assist QA Engineer in liaising with cross function departments in related to quality
- Feedback to manager or engineer on inspection & quality issues
- Perform 5S, routine maintenance of test equipment and monitoring of laboratory/other consumable inventories
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager or engineer
- To be aware of and in support of company ISO certification programs
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher-NITEC / Diploma in any Engineering discipline
- Good knowledge of QC measuring equipment
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Words, Excel)
- Experience in plastic molding environment or QA/QC is an advantage
- Knowledge of SPC and MSA is an added advantage
