Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible in the daily operation of the packaging machines as assigned and rostered to. - Set up, troubleshoot and opera@Siew \xe4\xbd\xa0\xe6\x98\x8e\xe5\xa4\xa9\xe4\xbc\x9a\xe5\xb8\xa6\xe9\x98\xbf\xe6\x81\xa9\xe7\x9a\x84\xe5\xb0\x8f\xe5\xa5\xb3\xe6\x9c\x8b\xe5\x8f\x8b\xe5\x8e\xbb\xe5\xa4\xa7\xe5\xa7\x90\xe5\xae\xb6\xe5\x95\x8ate production equipment (i.e. packaging, Bean/ Powder transport system) in compliance with Plant Safety and Good manufacturing procedures (cGMP) and standard operating procedures. - Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity in accordance with specific procedures. - assist Supervisor (Production) in coordinating activities in the manufacturing operations. - Follow the packaging lines schedule to ensure timely deliveries to customers. - Update and maintain in both HACCP and ISO 9001 related production records. - Responsible in the local preventive maintenance of the packaging machines. - Perform area cleaning of the packaging machines, grinders and perform specific hygiene sanitization of work stations. - Responsible in the stock accuracy of both primary and secondary packaging material on a monthly basis and to trigger procurement when packaging material is below par. - Assist in the factory maintenance. Requirements - Preferably with mechanical and electrical education background. candidate without related education background but with related experience may apply. - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience. - Preferably have experience in both mechanical and electrical works. - Fast learner with positive attitude. - Able to communicate in Mandarin and English. - Able to work at fast pace environment and handle stress well. - Physically fit due to nature of work. - may require to lift heavy stuff from time to time.
