Responsibilities

• Setting gauges and preparation /issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures
• Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments;
• Perform final check on finished parts and routers/documentation/inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor\'s / customers\' requirements
• Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test
• Perform threading inserts verification
• Dimensional verification
• Hardness check
• Mill Certificate Verification
• VTI
• Short term rental gauges

• To raise Non-Conformance / Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered
• To conduct internal process audit
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room
• Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures

Requirements

• Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification
• GCE \'O\' less than 3 passes or equivalent
• 5CT / API Specification knowledge
• Gauging and measuring instruments knowledge and skills
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Analytical and creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to communicate effectively on all levels with good management and leadership skills
• Ability to work under owns initiative with minimal supervision
