DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Purpose and Objectives of Job:

1) Perform First Article inspection measurement and generate Excel report

2) Train QA inspectors on the measurement method of new/transferred parts

3) Setup program for QA test & measurement equipment

4) Document Measurement Standard Operating Procedure (MSOP) for new/existing products

5) Conduct basic calibration/verification of measuring equipment/gauges

6) Any other task to be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCES

1) Min 2 years experience in similar capacity with good basic knowledge of

understanding and interpreting Engineering drawing.

2) Knowledge of metrology and ability to interpret Dimensioning and Tolerancing

(GD&T) as per ANSI Y 14.5M.

3) Practical experience with OGP smart scope (or similar) & Mitutoyo CMM

(or similar). Able to do programming on the measurement routine.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
