Who We're Looking For
Someone who enjoys order, accuracy, and the quiet thrill of catching what others might miss. Ideally:
At least 2 years of QA/QC or manufacturing experience
Comfortable using precision measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mindset
Familiar with quality frameworks like Six Sigma, 5S, or ISO (bonus)
Nitec/Diploma or related technical background preferred
