12 hours shift, 3.5 working days
$1900 - $2800 + Shift Allowance + OT
Job Summary:
To perform incoming inspection for all incoming materials and outgoing inspection for converted products.
Job Scope:
- Responsible in performing incoming, in-process and outgoing QA related activities.
- Ensure inspection results are recorded in respective QA Inspection Reports
- Set-up frequency analyzer equipment and perform frequency measurements for materials which requires frequency reading/data.
- Perform chemical immersion test as and when required
- Update inspection results status in the system
- Liaise with line leaders and/or production supervisor for any quality issues detected during outgoing buyoff
- Feedback any material quality-related issues and product quality issues to QA Engineer
- To use OMM (Optical Measurement Machine) for measurement
- To project data (FAI/CPK) submission in time
- Any other job-related tasks assigned by immediate superior
- To comply with all defined safe work procedures and to use appropriate PPE before operating any equipment or performing any activities.
- To comply and support company initiatives to protect the environment (e.g. recycling effort or proper disposal of unwanted waste etc.
- Nitec/ Diploma in M&E/ E&E
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
