Job Description

The CompanyWe are seeking a skilled and experienced QA/Test Analyst to join our client on a 12 months extendable project. The QA/Test Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of test management from planning and design to execution and defect management.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, comprehensive test management, and automation testing, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.The Role

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end test management activities, including test design, execution, and defect management across all test phases.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements, define test strategies, and prioritize testing efforts based on business objectives.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with internal teams, vendors, and third-party collaborators to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Monitor and prioritize defect resolution efforts, conducting daily defect calls and driving issue resolution to meet program timelines.
• Develop and implement innovative testing solutions and best practices to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document testing procedures, processes, and outcomes, and provide regular status updates and reports to senior stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in test management within complex, large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium Webdriver, Appium, Playwright, and JMeter.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
