Job Description
Responsibility: * Be responsible for overall quality controls of construction activities * Establish a construction quality plan and procedures. * Establish constuction ITP (Inspection and Te Responsibility: Be responsible for overall quality controls of construction activities Establish a construction quality plan and procedures. Establish constuction ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). Review and approve WPS/PQP (Welding Procedure Specification) Manage inspection and test activities (including material receiving inspection) Control welding inspection and welding consumables. Strong leadership and knowledge of Welding Process, NDE (Non-Destructive Test), Piping, and Static equipment. Strong supervision of construction activities in oil and gas plant production/process plant. Good knowledge of construction safety and permit to work procedures including quality issues. Good knowledge of reading and interpretation of civil and structural drawings. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have a certificate(s) related to aforesaid. Min. 10 years of relevant experience. Able to perform engineering knowledge, specification and code of practices, and engineering data accumulation will be an advantage.
