Job Description

• Singapore Based (Changi Navel, Project Office nearby Lavender MRT)
• Project contract based (estimated 27 months until project completion)
• 6 Days work per week (8am to 5pm)
• $3500 to $5000 (depends on experience)
• Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering + Able to read basic structural drawings.
• Preferably 2 year(s) of working experience + Experience in PPVC & PBU projects are added advantage.

They are now looking for motivated individuals to join their team.Unique Opportunity: Dive into a significant naval base/government project, gaining unique insights and contributing to a project of national importance.Dual-Domain Expertise: Experience the best of both worlds in land and marine projects, enhancing your skills and versatility in the industry.Career Growth: Participate in a landmark project that will not only elevate your profile but also open doors to future leadership opportunities.Impactful Work: Be part of a mission that extends beyond the job - contributing to national security and community well-being.Be part of building something historic.Job scopeTo coordinate and execute all QC procedures, documentations, and records.Checking that the assembly or production line comply to standards and procedures.To perform daily post-pour and pre-delivery inspections before delivery of components.Report non-conformance to Manager for immediate action.Collaborate with planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly delivery plans.Monitor subcontractors to ensure delivery is carried out as per scheduled.To arrange storage of product.Carry out monthly stock take as when required.Keep records of inspection and before/after repair of defect products.Arrange for testing of raw materials such as rebar, aggregate, cement and precision tools.To lead internal and external QA audits (ISO9001)Well versed in HDB, BCA, SCI requirements.To work with design team on technical issues and subcontractor on quality issuesTake initiative to resolve quality issues of delivered product as highlighted by clients.Coordinate closely with client representative such as RE, ARE and RTO.Engage with production team to deliver high quality works.Prepare a monthly analysis and report to management with recommendations for improvement and preventive measures.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.#SCR-vicky-wee\xe2\x9c\x85 Wee Yuan Huan
