:

Client is one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s leading precast and prefabrication manufacturer.

• Manage contract administration by conducting pre-contract and post-contract work activities.
• Accountable for management of entire Sub-Contract award process including award recommendation and preparation of Sub-Contract / Letter of Award for secured projects.
• Work closely with projects team in preparation of monthly progress claims, including liaise with various departments to collate relevant documents for substantiation purpose.
• Update and maintain the claim register to track company\xe2\x80\x99s claims against the clients.
• Oversee projects team to ensure all Sub-Contractors\xe2\x80\x99 payment claims are responded in timely manner.
• Writing contractual letters and formulation of claims for Variation Orders, Extension of Time and Loss & Expense.
• Final Account preparation for project closure.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Detailed and meticulous, attentive to work.
• Good financial and numeracy management skill. Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
• Able to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized.
• Working experience in HDB projects would be an advantage.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• 5 days week, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm
