Job Responsibilities
To develop, implement and maintain of Quality Plan and Procedures to ensure targets are achieved. To establish and manage a quality programme for the Company to meet stringent quality requirements. To ensure smooth progressing and timely completion of quality works according to BCA CONQUAS/QM requirement and Singapore building codes, regulations, specifications & contract requirements. To ensure subcontractor's works are carrying out as per the approved method statement. To perform checks on M&E materials/works. To plan, co-ordinate, conduct, control and liaison with BCA officers on CONQUAS/QM assessment & related works/inspection. To ensure all materials used had obtained approval from the client/consultants. To take care of all QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibrations, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of non-comformance, NCR and site instruction, SI.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering. At least 2 years' site experience in QA/QC field for M&E projects, Data Center, testing & commissioning in construction industry. Those with 1 year QA/QC working experience in construction industry will be considered as QA/QC Supervisor. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
