Job Description

Develop, implement, and update project-specific QA/QC plans in alignment with BCA CONQUAS standards and company requirements. Conduct and oversee regular quality inspections and audits across all trades to ensure adherence to CONQUAS and project quality criteria. Manage material testing processes, liaising with accredited laboratories and third-party testing agencies for verification and compliance. Identify and document non-conformances, issue NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are taken. Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to uphold quality workmanship and ensure compliance with approved methods and materials. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities (e.g., BCA, LTA) on quality matters, inspections, and documentation. Prepare monthly quality and CONQUAS reports, maintaining complete QA/QC documentation such as inspection logs, material test reports, and checklists. Lead or assist in quality training sessions to promote awareness and continuous improvement of quality standards among project teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in building or civil engineering projects. Possess Quality Marks certification; BCA-approved CONQUAS training or ISO 9001:2015 certification is an advantage.
