Enforces food safety management policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 22000 and SFA regulatory requirements.
Conduct daily inspection manufacturing plant, handling procedures, packing and other general areas to make sure it comply with food safety requirements.
Conduct quality control analysis for all raw materials and products on a daily basis. - Reference to company SOP.
Procure sample and send for analysis (e.g. microbial and nutrition) when needed.
Liaise with suppliers in documentation compliance.
Investigate any complaint issues in respect of quality and food safety.
Develop and conduct food safety training when needed.
Check & ensure weight of manufactured of product within tolerance level. Eg. 420g +/- 20g, 3KG +/- 20g.
Responsible for quality assurance (eg: Gluten-free testing, Non-GMO certification, SFA checklist & conformance, SFA certification for Export, Export requirement, product testing &moisture/PH testing)
Monitoring cleaning schedules of vehicles.
Handle Halal documentations
Assist in any ad-hoc / R&D projects and duties as assigned.
