The QAQC Lead will be responsible for the below:

Lead and Manage a team of QAQC Engineers/Assistants Responsible for performing quality assessments on standard and routine processes and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, methods and instructions. Review and update internal QMS. Implement the QA/QC management system at site Coordinate with the client's representative on all quality matters. Participate in the quality internal and external audits. Review and update ITP as per project specification. Assign QA/QC inspector to dedicated project and monitor the inspector performance. Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues. Root cause analysis on quality related issue and propose the preventive measure action. Report any non-conformance (NC) and issue corrective action request (CAR) where necessary. Liaise with NDT Company to support project team. Audit and manage sub-contractor quality matter. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled handover for final project documentation.

To be successful, you will need the below:

Min. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Possess Certified Welding Inspector (CWI). Min. 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in QA/QC of mechanical systems for Semi-con, Pharma & Oil & Gas. Deep knowledge of Standards such as ASME / API / AWS / NACE & DSEN. Able to work independently and as a team with good prioritization skills. Good time management. Good communication skills. * Enjoy challenging yourself in a fast pace environment.
