Job Description

Oversee the preparation, management, and control of the company's Quality Assurance (QA) manual, including supervision of all amendments and revisions. Ensure proper distribution and control of all quality documentation within the company. Lead and manage project quality to guarantee compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements. Conduct internal and external audits on behalf of company management, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Ensure that contractor quality requirements are clearly defined for vendors and review contractor documentation submissions for compliance. Participate in all pre-bid meetings, coordinating project requirements with potential bidders. Actively participate in client quality management meetings to address project quality concerns. Develop, prepare, and control project quality system documentation prior to project initiation. Assess qualifications and training requirements for quality inspection personnel. Monitor the resolution and follow-up of all nonconformance reports (NCRs), ensuring effective corrective actions are taken. Track and assess the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system (QMS) and recommend or implement improvements as necessary. Coordinate and manage all QA/QC activities in collaboration with on-site QA/QC Engineers. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related correspondence with customer representatives. Oversee statistical reporting methods related to quality performance. Address and resolve all customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Ensure proper archiving and control of all documentation upon project completion. Drive continuous quality improvement and performance enhancement across the organization.
Requirements


8 to 10 years of experience in QAQC, with leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IEC 61400) and regulatory compliance. Expertise in audits, risk assessments, non-conformance management, and project oversight. Experience in continuous improvement and problem-solving within operations. * Proficiency in QAQC software, data analysis, and quality management systems.
