We are seeking an intern to work closely with and support our QAQC and Commissioning Team. This will involve reviewing design, reviewing and understanding equipment schedules, and conducting site walks of the major electrical and mechanical systems.
Here are some examples of activities and assignments to expect:

• Review and understand electrical, mechanical, and control design drawings
• Inspect electrical and mechanical equipment and compare against construction drawings
• Record critical manufacturer data from equipment and log into software tracking system
• Review and audit equipment software tracking system for compliance
• Produce deficiency reports from equipment tracking system and assign to trade partners
• Follow-up with trade partners on non-compliance issues through closure
• Attend weekly team meetings

If you are selected, you will be exposed to some of the brightest minds in engineering, architecture, project and construction management to design and build an iconic landmark in Singapores tech landscape.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture, computer sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics, business analytics, project and facilities management, information systems, or a related degree program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in construction or project management, data centers, workflow optimization for reporting as demonstrated through prior projects, internships, thesis, research, student clubs, and hobbies
• Familiarity with construction and design management software like Navisworks, ProCore, Novade, and Oracle Aconex
• Demonstrated experience presenting information in a concise and useful manner on Powerpoint
• Demonstrated experience reviewing shop drawings in Adobe, Blue Beam
• Familiarity using mark-up tools on software like Adobe, Blue Beam
• Demonstrated examples of improving personal or organizational productivity
• Strong communication skills of instruction and persuasion

Construction or engineering experience is not necessary.
