Roles & Responsibilities
- to assist the QC Manager in overseeing the QC section
- to plan and arrange FSSC external audit
- to organise QC check for new production process from factory
- to organise printing check for new packaging materials
- Plan and arrange samples for heavy metal checking, allergen checking and vulnerability assessment and testing required by SFA
- To conduct spot check on workers and production operation relating to personal hygiene, workplace & process hygiene
- Prepare monthly summary of air leak results for our products
- Good knowledge of GMP/HACCCP/GFSI/ISO22000
- Min. Diploma in Food Science/Technology
- Process relevant experience or qualification as Quality auditor, Internal auditor/Lead auditor
- Familiar with Halal/MUIS application, renewal etc is an advantage
- At least 4-5 years relevant experience working in the QC department of a Food manufacturing industry
