Job Description

- Conduct daily factory inspections, including personal hygiene, factory cleanliness, staff practice, product condition and etc.
- Perform food sampling for pH and moisture testing
- Perform sampling and QC checking (physical or chemical, training will be provided) on incoming raw material, intermediate products, and finished products according to schedule.
- Monitor critical control point (CCP)
- Assist in goods return checking
- Assist in customer feedback and trouble-shooting on product complaints
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your Superior
Requirement . GCE \'N\' level / O level
- Min 1 year of work experience in a food-related industry preferred
- Teamwork, patience, and hard working
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Working hours 5 1/2 days Able to work on weekend when necessary.
