• Basic up $2800
• Rotating Shift:
• Morning Shift -8am-5pm (Mon-Fri) 8am-12pm (Sat)
• Night shift -8pm-5am (Mon- Fri) 8pm-12am(Sat))
• Mon to Fri, Half Saturday
• Location: Senoko, Woodlands
• Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Operate/Handle and assist to ensure subordinates\' operate/handle provided machinery/equipment properly, safely, efficiently and effectively
• Assist in own department\'s manpower planning and deployment
• Participate in job performance appraisals for subordinates which can influence the hiring, firing, promotion, transfer, reward or discipline of subordinates
• Assist in ensuring smooth running of department operations of shift on duty
• Be trained in all visual defects and learn about their causes in order to be able to guide/train other QC members and make appropriate decisions (therefore have to have hands on experience of a QC inspector by training OJT for 3-9 months)
• Monitor and improve production yield (in terms of inspection, unjig & smoothness of QC flow)
• Suggest plans and carry them out for quality improvements & cost reduction
• Work with production to ensure that customer delivery schedules and quality standards are met
