If so, this is the role for you.As Quality Control Associates or Senior, you will be responsible for conducting sample testing of incoming materials and/or finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and company standards.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Develops knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and performs routine analytical testing of sample functions.
• Establish an understanding of requirements, laboratory processes and procedures, utilization of good documentation practices and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Develops operational proficiency using analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sampling and testing for applicable products and incoming materials.
• Grows knowledge in sampling activities.
• Builds knowledge in administration of samples and sample handling within the Quality Control environment.
• Works independently and in a team environment to meet and exceed established objectives, applicable key performance indicators and quality performance indicators
• Contributes to projects as assigned and participates in continuous improvement efforts.

Main responsibilities would be:

• Perform routine and adhoc testing with observation of GMP requirements - Biological testing for material releases
• Participate and initiate laboratory investigations (OOS/deviations)
• Perform equipment calibration, maintenance and validation
• Participate in method transfer, verification and validation.
• Ensure good inventory of QC materials.

Why you?We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• ITE or diploma in Biology, Microbiology, Life Science, or Biochemistry
• Candidate without any working experience but with relevant education background or internship experience are also invited to apply for junior role.
• Good laboratory knowledge and hands on experience in microbiology testing.
• Familiar with working in clean rooms, aseptic technique, GMP environment and GLP.
• Experience in the performance of some of the test listed below: environmental monitoring test, Bioburden test, sterility test by membrane filtration, endotoxin test, microbial identification, growth promotion test, sterility check, SDS- PAGE
• Laboratory equipment qualification
• Effective report writing and oral communication skills
• Problem solving skills.
• A team player
• Please take note that this role will require 12 hours rotating shift .
