Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QC Chemist for cosmetic products. As a QC Chemist, you will play a critical role in assisting with the preparation of laboratory and production batches, sampling and physicochemical testing, production activities in accordance with ISO 22716 (GMP in Cosmetics), operation and maintenance of equipment, stock inventory anagement, and updating records and documents. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of laboratory and production batches of cosmetic products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Assist with sampling and physicochemical testing of laboratory batches, maintaining meticulous documentation and recording of results.
• Assist production activities in accordance with ISO 22716 (GMP in Cosmetics).
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed and ensuring proper calibration and validation.
• Update stock inventory of raw and packaging materials and finished goods, conducting regular audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in updating records and other documents, including batch records, production logs, and quality control documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in chemistry, biology, or related field, with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing and laboratory environment is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Salary Range: S$2,500 \xe2\x80\x93 S$2,900
