Job Scope

• Administers and maintains Quality Systems and QA databases.
• Responsible for all duties associated with document and record management.
• Analyzes data and prepares requested reports.
• Provides clerical assistance to the Quality Department.
• Completes assigned tasks as relating to NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Request),
• CAR/PAR (Corrective Action Request/Preventative Action Request), and DCR (Document Change Request).
• Take photos of any quality issues and feedback to customer. Generate non-conforming material reports.
• Prepare finished product COC.
• Prepare quality alert training material.
• Update daily production report, machine utilization report and generate quality reports, customer rejection report.
• Ensure proper maintenance and retention of quality records and support for issuing and retrieval.
• Any other ad-hoc duties given by supervisor

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering / Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing industry
• Experienced in document control / ERP software is a plus
• Possess knowledge regarding ISO quality standards, statistical process control and other quality measurement system will be advantageous
