QC Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing

Salary:

S$3,200 - S$4,500/month (commensurate with experience)

Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Process and Engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards. Perform in-process and final QC (FQC) audits with accurate documentation. Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions. Develop inspection criteria and maintain quality plans aligned with ISO and regulatory standards. Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and incoming material inspections. Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives and maintain QC documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of QC experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar environment. Knowledge of SQA and audit processes (incoming, in-process, outgoing). Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulations. Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards. Exposure to QC processes for plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping, or machining parts.

Preferred Skills:

IPC or Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification is an advantage. Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other quality/statistical tools. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively across teams.
