Manage the QA/QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities Liaise with vendor about items defects and discuss on the preventive action. Communicate with Service Engineer/Manager from other departments to identify root cause and provide suggestion for improvement. Work closely with internal colleagues, vendors and customers on qualification of First Article.
