Job Details:

- Basic up to $3500

- Mon to Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

- Entitled to AWS & VB

- Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT (7am reach)

\xc2\xb7 Ensure production workers comply with GMP and hygiene practices at all times

\xc2\xb7 Support in raw material batching & pre-weighing verification checks and highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances

\xc2\xb7 Support in sending daily QC reports to management and ensure that the information sends out are accurate.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure operators and operation flow complies with food safety standards and SOP

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for conducting in-house swabbing test such as equipment, hand, packaging.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for coordinating with third party lab to arrange for air, water, equipment swab, hand swab, packaging swab.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and report pest activities to ensure good hygiene in warehouse and production

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for raw material sample drawing

\xc2\xb7 Support in line production check on CCPs, OPRPs and in-line checking of the products such as FOC. Highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances

\xc2\xb7 Support in line production checks such as correct raw material usage, correct packaging are use, correct stencilling information and ensuring that changeover / flush out are done accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Support in production to ensure finished goods samples are collected and ensuring that correct samples are collected by the productions.
