Working hours: 12 Hours Rotating Shift (9am/pm to 9pm/am)
TRAINING PROVIDED
Job Responsibilities:
Perform quality control inspections using pin gauge, Vison Measurement (VMS) machine, measuring tape etc for dimension measurement, and product functional test such as tensile measurement in accordance with quality inspection standards
Maintain accurate quality records and retain sample collections in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements
Promptly report any product abnormalities and initiate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) when quality issue are identified
Support supervisor in investigating customer complaints, quality issues, and implementing corrective actions Maintain daily 5S housekeeping in the assigned area daily. Ensure safety regulations are being observed at the workplace Assist the superior to complete other tasks as assignedJob Requirements:
Preferably at least 1 year of QC work background, familiar with 7 QC tools Blueprint reading capabilities, and ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers
Training will be provided for candidate without or with lesser experiences
