We are seeking an experienced Senior QC Lab Supervisor to lead and oversee laboratory operations for a leading multinational chemical manufacturer based in Jurong Island.





You will be responsible for ensuring that all analytical and quality control processes meet company and international standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, proven team management skills, and a keen eye for detail.





Responsibilities:


Supervise day-to-day QC lab operations and testing activities.

Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions. Support internal and external audits, maintaining ISO 9001 documentation. Work closely with production and QA teams on quality improvements.
Requirements:


Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years' QC lab experience in a chemical or manufacturing industry. At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems and lab safety practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Familiar with LIMS, SAP, and MS Office.
