Overview:
Overview: You will be a member of Kemin’s dedicated and highly effective Quality Control team. Your knowledge of quality control and good manufacturing and laboratory practices will be helpful to support our quality programs. Your contribution to analytical testing, equipment calibration and maintenance, thorough investigations, certification of standards and continuous improvements will help Kemin provide quality and safe ingredients to our customers in the animal nutrition and health industry.

Your efficient Quality Control checks, analytical testing and instrumentation management will help us meet accuracy specifications for certification, data interpretation and decision making. You will also be relied on for monitoring quality of our production samples, maintaining laboratory instruments and implementation of innovative solutions. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control checks involving analytical lab testing, evaluation, interpretation and reporting of technical data
• Lab method validation, transfers, protocol harmonization and optimization from R&D to Production
• Support technical requirements and enquiries from customers
• Conduct timely analytical instrument calibration and preventive maintenance for the QC lab
• Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability as per Kemin’s quality system.
• Work with all other functional teams and contribute to the overall success of Kemin
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to ISO17025, ISO9001 and FAMI-QS requirements
• Implement process monitoring using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques
• Management of production samples and raw materials

#LI-LC1 Qualifications:
Qualification: Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related relevant working experience.

Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a laboratory.

Personal Qualities : Team player with initiatives. Good writing and communication skills. Analytical, observant and meticulours. Independent and thrive on challenges. Able to work shifts.

Experience with using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer and knowledge of ISO17025, ISO9001, GMP and FAMI-QS would be an added advantage for consideration.
