Qc Supervisor
Job Description
1) Support QA/QC Lead for establishing WPS, PQR and WQT Qualifications.
2) Communication to Project Supervisors and QC Personnel for Project Quality requirements & Arrange Project relevant training
3) Establishing Work Procedures and comply inspection as per testing plan and monitor quality activities during construction phase.
4) Fit-up & visual inspection as per drawing and WPS; NDE Co-ordination and witness; maintain reports
5) Liaise with client in relation to Quality on Project Specific and Updating of Inspection status and records on daily basis.
1)Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2)CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI;PCN/ASNT-RI; ASNT Level II- PT, MT.
3)Min. 3-5 years relevant working experience in Material/ Piping/Mechanical/Structural.
4) Knowledge in P&ID, isometric drawing /GA or Part drawing in structural fabrication/Equipment
5) Good communicative skills and ability of teamwork
