Qualificationsa~ BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related fielda~ Previous work experience as QC Head for 5 yearsa~ Licensed Engineer is a plusa~ Accredited Materials Engineer II is an advantagea~ Comprehensive knowledge of chemistry properties and testing/designing of concrete.a~ Ensure implementation and adherence with the quality control procedure of the Readymix.a~ Responsible for the design mix.a~ Recommend and approve the mixed design in compliance with client requirements.a~ Responsible for planning and executing product and material testing.a~ Panning and organizing production schedules.a~ Oversees the daily activities of the Quality Control Department.a~ Develop and implement work instructions based on the process control improvement.a~ Manage to deal with clients on their customeraEUR(TM)s expectations.a~ Prepares strategic planning and an annual budget of the QC Department.a~ Develop and implement strategies to increase QC output at a minimal cost.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
