About the Roles

We are seeking a QC Technician to support quality operations at a dairy manufacturing facility located in Pioneer. This is a permanent role with a structured

Monday to Friday work schedule on 12-hour rotating day and night shifts (8:00am - 8:00pm)

. The position offers a

basic salary of up to $2500, along with OT, AWS, and performance bonus

, providing long-term stability and rewarding compensation in a production-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Carry out production line inspections before start-up and after product changeovers. Perform routine hygiene, GMP, and food safety checks across production areas. Monitor OPRP/CCP parameters and record readings every two hours. Collect raw material and finished product samples for laboratory testing. Obtain flash-out powder samples during product transitions. Track whey and flash-out powder inventory levels and request replenishment when required. Conduct swab tests on equipment, workspaces, and employees' hands. Complete quality and production documentation accurately and on time. Log non-conformances, issues identified, and corrective actions taken. Download and maintain data logger records on a weekly basis. Segregate and manage non-conforming raw materials or finished products. Escalate quality concerns to QC/QA teams and assist with investigations. Adhere strictly to GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs at all times. Support pest control activities and foreign object control measures when required. Perform additional QC-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety principles. Prior experience in a food manufacturing or QC environment is advantageous. Willingness and ability to work within a production setting. Availability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
