QualificationsExperience
- At least 2 years work experience, preferably in Manufacturing/Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as an advantage.Skills Required
- Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
- Knowledge in food safety, Halal, ISO or FDA regulation are advantages.
- Must be Chemical Engineer, Food Technologist, Chemistry or EquivalentDuties and Responsibilities:
- Assures quality consistency of products through stages of production, Checks proper dimensions of product and temperature pf the production room.
- May monitor certain raw material and flavoring consistency and expiry, May perform laboratory work, another testing, and issue certificates of analysis. Ensures orderliness and cleanliness of production area, as well as staff hygiene.
