Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Shall monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
• Shall conduct laboratory works and/or create tests for quality control of products.
• Shall inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards set by both the company and regulatory authorities.
• Shall ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives.
• Shall develop and review existing safety and quality policies.
• Shall inspect the workplace for GMP/HACCP/HALAL compliance and identifying any areas of concern.
• Shall ensure proper cleaning is performed prior to next production run.
• Shall investigate customer complaints.
• Shall prepare and communicate reports and put forward corrective actions and suggestions
• Shall assume other tasks as assigned by immediate superior/s.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry or any related course.
• At least 1 year work experience in QC In line/QA.
• Knowledgeable of GMP and HACCP.
• Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards.
• Proficient in computer/ MSOffice applications.
• Basic mathematical arithmetic.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Can work under pressure, and in high temperature working environment.
• Willing to work in Paranaque and in shifting schedule.
