Work hours:0830 hrs - 1715 hrs (Mon -Thurs)0830 hrs - 1645 hrs (Fri)\xe2\x9c\x94 Company bus from Jurong East MRT\xe2\x9c\x94 AWS + VB!!Responsibilities:

• Report to Quality / EHS section head / Department head
• Manage environmental, health and safety management systems for compliance.
• Assist & support section head with the execution of section\'s day-to-day operation
• Facilitate conformity towards QEHS management system requirements
• Handle feedbacks, expectations, requirements and complaints
• Carry out audit compliance works
• Carry out inspection, check and audit for compliance
• Carry data analysis, investigation and action plans with related parties
• Facilitate or carry out incident or accident investigation work.
• Conduct trainings, emergency response drills and carry out promotional activities
• Operate systems that support and maintain QEHS management system
• Conduct quality, WSH and management review meetings for top management
• Perform roles and responsibility assigned by department head
• Provide organizational awareness and training
• Promote, facilitate or implement improvement plans

Requirements:

• Possess relevant experience in quality management system (ISO 9001) or a good diploma/ degree in relevant discipline.
• Possess good understanding and experience in ISO standards (ISO14001 and ISO 45001 or Singapore Standard 651)
• Possess good communicating skills in handling inquiry
• Possess good problem solving skills
• Work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Meticulous in nature, positive work attitude, responsible and good team player
• Office hours, 5 Days work week
