About the role

• Taking lead on Quality matters, providing advice to QHSE Manager periodically
• Ensure Quality Management system is compiled by all levels within the organization
• Manage customer QHSE expectation

• Document review and management
• Manage document renewal
• Support audits (1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party)
• Lead supplier audits
• Implement business continuity management system across Singapore sites progressively
• Participate in audits for various standards: ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO9001, ISO22301 etc.
• Perform internal audits for IMS standards and compile detailed reports of findings
• Assist in timely closure of corrective action reports with assistance from site/operation managers
• Provide awareness training to staff
• Maintain quality documentation on shared drive
• Continuous improvement on quality issues
• Adhoc project for quality improvement
• Provide guidance and support on corporate QHSE standards and communicate relevant information to stakeholders
• To address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems across hubs
• Interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certificate preferred, with good knowledge on industry practices
• Positive team player with proactive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and \xe2\x80\x9chands-on\xe2\x80\x9d personality
• Independent, positive mind-set with flexibility
• Travel between sites locally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
