Manage contract documents, drawings, and client instructions according to document control processes.
Verify drawings and prepare BQ.
Assist in calling for quotations, updating budget, and distributing updated documents.
Keep track of the document tracking lists.
Attend variation meetings with Project Manager, ability to interact with Main Contractors, Consultants & Owners.
Support project manager with administrative tasks.
Preparation of monthly reports.
Conduct site verifications of variations and record claims.
Assist project manager in evaluating and certifying completed work.
Verify subcontractor claims and monitor progress of claims submission and payment.
Monitor orders in execution and report on balance amounts.
Assist project managers to prepare quotations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge and experience in M&E systems.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
