Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying (M&E):

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for M&E works. Assess and certify subcontractors' progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Monitor project budgets, costs, and prepare monthly cost reports. Assist in contract administration and claims management.

Purchasing:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services for M&E works. Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules. Evaluate suppliers' performance (quality, cost, reliability). Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent. At least 1 years' relevant experience in QS and procurement for M&E projects. Good knowledge of M&E systems, specifications, and market prices. Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
