• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Location: Central Area just next to MRT
• Salary: $$$, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Project: Mega Building Projects
• Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

Thank You for your understanding & Co-operation, greatly appreciated by our team membersRequirements: \xe2\x80\x9c NO WORK PASS \xe2\x80\x9d * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Construction Engineering.

• Min 10 years of proven Singapore Building Construction projects experience as a Senior QS or QS Manager,
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Must have Good Written / Spoken English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Able to read and understand structural drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Managed and oversaw quantity surveying activities, ensuring accurate cost estimation, control, and management throughout the project.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Conduct regular cost assessments and prepare reports detailing project cost performance, variations, and potential risks.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and track cost expenditure against budget, identifying deviations and implementing required corrective measures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
