Responsibilities
Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues
Document Control
Experienced in Facade Works
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field
Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Facade) Industry
Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary
Able to speak Chinese as to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
