Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural submissions with authority as Qualified Person. Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations. Contribute to the design and coordination of residential and interior architecture projects. Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors. Provide mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
Registered Architect with the
Board of Architects Singapore.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Singapore architecture practice. Proven knowledge oflocal building codes and regulations
. Strong experience in residential architecture and interior design projects. Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
(Revit experience is an advantage). Excellent organization, time-management, and coordination skills. Excellent communication skills and a genuineteam spirit
. Professional personal presentation and client-facing confidence.What We Offer
