JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Standardize and optimize operation procedure
- Monitor data quality in CW1
- Standardize customer SOP by the information provided by account owner, and delivery training to operation team
- Prepare monthly operational KPI, and perform KPI review with respective team
- Prepare monthly flash report
- Supplier management
- Trouble shooting for CW1
- CW1 training for new comer or exciting staff
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field
- At least 6 years working experience in freight forwarding industry with similar role
- Have the initiative to tackle the issues, fix problem and optimize process
- Good analytical and communication skill
- Can work under pressure
- Have CW1 implementation experience is a plus
