Quality & Sustainability Manager (QSM) \xe2\x80\x93 Singapore

The QSM will be part of the leadership team and provides detailed analysis and reports to Singapore leadership team. In this role the QSM will work closely with the SEA team on the quality & sustainability strategic topic and deliverables, will participate and provide support on WHQ/ AP/SEA PASS COUNCIL. The QSM will also drive change management with Singapore leadership team.

Operations Quality

• Provide governance and support for the operation quality KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, New Equipment, MOD and Service business. Such as, QOP rate, Call back rate, FTFR etc.

Quality Management

• Provide governance and support for quality standard such as ISO, OPXL, customer satisfaction survey etc.

Data Quality

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and ensure the data is accurate, accessible, and actionable (eg: SMS, Dashboard, CRM etc).

Admin Process Quality

• Provide support to the Admin Manager to streamline and optimize admin process across all business units.

Sustainability

The QMS will lead ESG / Sustainability topics in Singapore.

• Support business unit leaders to meet ESG/ Sustainability customer requirements.
• Manage and enhance relationship with ESG/ Sustainability local authorities.
• Collaborate with SEA / AP/ WHQ on ESG/ Sustainability topics.
• Work closely with Communications Manager to promote Otis Singapore ESG/ Sustainability topics internally and externally.

Education and Qualification

• Bachelors or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in ESG / Sustainability management.
• Good track record in driving change management in a matrix environment.
• Exposure working with regional and global teams.
