Job Description

- Manufacturing environment
- This is a leadership role to manage overall manufacturing quality function and compliance across 3 countries.
- Manage quality control activities to ensure materials, facilities and products are within quality standards.
- Manage and ensure customer complaints and quality issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Support product qualifications for new and exisiting customers, customer audits and accreditation audits
- Manage supplier quality to ensure overall performance is maintained
- Develop and drive continuous improvement initiaties to minimise quality issues, improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering related field with 10 years\' work experience in quality management and process improvement.
- Industry preference: FMCG manufacturing or packaging industry
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO; with strong QMS experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
