The company has more than 30 years\' presence in the market and is driving change to bring the organisation to new heights and sustainable growth. Currently, we are looking for Quality Assistant Manager to join their team in Singapore.The Job:
This is a leadership role to manage overall manufacturing quality function and compliance across 3 countries.
Manage quality control activities to ensure materials, facilities and products are within quality standards.
Manage and ensure customer complaints and quality issues are resolved in a timely manner
Support product qualifications for new and exisiting customers, customer audits and accreditation audits
Manage supplier quality to ensure overall performance is maintained
Develop and drive continuous improvement initiaties to minimise quality issues, improve productivity and reduce waste.
The Talent:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering related field with 10 years\' work experience in quality management and process improvement.
Industry preference: FMCG manufacturing or packaging industry
Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, ISO; with strong QMS experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
