Job Description

• Be part of the members to deploy Technology Enabled Laboratory (TEL) for laboratory inventory management across Singapore laboratories.
• Participate in end-to-end management of laboratory inventory, including quotation request from vendors, purchasing, receiving and storage, inventory monitoring and disposal of used/expired chemicals and other laboratory consumables.
• Maintain laboratory inventory stores with good 5S practices.
• Actively participate in logistical arrangement with the laboratories and vendors to enable timely equipment calibration/maintenance.
• Practice Safety and cGMP according to our Company site/global procedures and relevant regulations.
• Close collaboration with the stakeholders to identify and execute safety, quality and productivity improvement opportunities.

Secondary Language(s) :

• B.Sc in Science or Diploma in Science.
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
